Jennifer Lopez publishes blog in preparation for triathlon

The singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has created a blog, which reported the details of their preparation to participate in a triathlon that will help raise funds for a children’s hospital in Los Angeles.
The blog includes photographs and videos showing the preparation of J-Lo, with the advice of a coach.
Despite its strong preparation, Jennifer cree not take chances of winning the race that will take place on September 14, and its main objective is to finish the race.
